The Guru actually interviewed for a job at this company and in his first remarks he asked if they were planning on redoing their website because he found it horrible. Much to his surprise, they agreed and hired him to rebrand the companies image.
MIAC Card Program, Long Beach, CA
A major hospital system in Southern California had refined a process of building consumer loyalty and giving patients an online personal health record. It was so successful, in fact, that other hospitals wanted to know who their vendor was. Well the vendor was a collaboration between their own marketing department and a healthcare division at a local bank. So they saw the opportunity to capitalize on this innovative program and sell it to other health organization.
They reached out to the Guru to brand the product, develop a website and trade show presence. The results produced the MIAC Card Program and the Guru was asked to lead it's marketing efforts.
